CERTIFICATION STEP ONE:
In this course, we’ll deeply cover all the Polyvagal basics that help you feel safe in your body and ditch shame. We will learn crucial protocols to overcome stage fright and learn how to shine in any room. You'll have many "ah ha!!" moments that lead you to new possibilities. But we are not done yet!

CERTIFICATION STEP TWO:
DOPAMINE RESILENCE & SUPERPLAY
INTERMEDIATE SKILL
Next we will go deeper into the difference between freeze and dopamine dips. We learn how emotions work and finally examine the flow or "Superplay" state which elevates the Fox Method from the others. Many artists find in this phase they learn new coping strategies and find new freedom in their art.

ADVANCED SKILL
The final step integrates our learnings and new skills somatically. You will be challenged to simulate what your artistic field would look like after integrating the Fox Method tools into your field of practice (acting, singing, comedy, etc.) leaving the artistic world a better, more compassionate, and safer place.
