2. THE FOX METHOD Certification

  • Official “Fox Method Certified Practitioner” status
  • Physical certificate mailed to you upon completion

  • Non-transferable license to duplicate and use MuscleMusic tools, cards, and selected course materials with your own clients or students (not for resale)
  • Clear certification pathway so you know exactly what to do. Certification requirements:
    • Complete all Core Modules:
      Explorations 1-5 (lectures and assignments)
    • Final essay (written, audio, or video)
    • Short multiple-choice exam
    • 30 nervous system tracking check-ins in the MuscleMusic mobile app

3. Live Coaching and Community Support + Replays
(Virtual, attendance is optional)

  • 3 private 1:1 coaching sessions with Ruby (virtual)
    * Must be used within 1 year of your cohort start date. 
    • These 3 private coaching sessions help you map your nervous system patterns, understand the material, clarify your goals, navigate the course, and build strong momentum from the start. Together we’ll design what support you need, which tools to prioritize, and how to move through the course in a way that fits you. 

    • Your private sessions may be recorded if you wish to look back on them, and they must take place within 1 year of your cohort start date. This sets you up for a successful experience through the program and ongoing use of the material into the future.

    • These sessions are optional. There's no pressure to use them if you prefer not to. 

  • 1 Year of Live Group Coaching with Ruby + Replays
    (Up to 5x/week)
    Designed for sensitive, neurodivergent, and trauma-aware creatives, so you are never practicing this work alone. 
    *Must be used within 1 year of your cohort start date. 
    • Deepening Sessions: (4x/week) Weekly group support to integrate tools and stay resourced.
      (Monday 9am-10am CST, and 10am-11am CST)
      (Sunday 6pm-7pm CST, and 7:30pm-8:30pm CST)

    • The Breakthrough Room: (1x/week) A weekly guided co-working & accountability session to move the needle on your goals.
      (Wednesday 10:30am-11:45am CST)

    • All group sessions are virtual, and they are optional. No pressure, attend at your own pace.
    • All group sessions are recorded. You get replay videos that you can watch anytime within 1 year from your cohort start date.
    • US & EU timezone coverage.
    • Live group coaching sessions are available throughout the year during these four seasonal 6-week cohort cycles only:
